Placement and Post Placement Tracking

1. Training Center uses placement module to update placement status of passed candidate within a timeframe.Training Center uploads placement details against each candidate like employer details etc.
2. System sends notification to Candidates about entering employment details against his/her name by the TC.
3. Candidate verifies the employment details filled by the TC and raise grievance if he found any discrepancy to department.
4. Department verifies the employment details, gets it corrected from TC and provides approvals.
5. Training Center uploads employment details every month for a period of 12 months.
6. System randomly samples 10% of placed candidate and department verifies the details.
7. System facilitates TP/TC to raise the invoice if meets the criteria.

Placement Tracking

1. After successfully capturing placement details of placed candidates you can tracked employment of candidates through placement tracking system.
