Assam Skill Development Mission

Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM) empanelled MKCL to implement its SDMMS framework for skill development activities in the state of Assam through an RFP. The agreement between ASDM and MKCL was signed in June 2018 and immediately MKCL implemented a customized version of its SDMMS framework with the aim to completely digitize the operations of ASDM. In span of two years, the framework has been able to reach a candidate strength of 1,58,000+ candidates in 1100+ Training centers. Multiple schemes of ASDM like Placement Link Skill Development and Training Program, EST&P DAY-NULM, Karagar Se Karigar, National Schedule Caste Finance and Development Corporation, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) etc. has been implemented by ASDM using this online framework. In addition to providing above services, MKCL has provided Online Candidate Registration and Examination for admission to ASDM’s prestigious North East Skill Center set up in collaboration with ITEES, Singapore. Two rounds of admission cycle using MKCL’s services has been completed with the help of a robust online system in a transparent and seamless manner.
